This is a brief discription of our services offered to you the client
Ticket Takers : Handling the issues of ticket errors with consideration of patron and client. They
are often the first to see the patrons and the last to be seen. They play a crucial role
in the financial part of the clients.
Screeners: Duties include checking patrons for weapons, alcohol, food, beverages, and camera equipment that is unwanted or desired by the client or performers. It is crucial that they be trained in the proper way of search and disposal of contraband. They can also be used to give breaks and relieve positions in cases of emergency. Also used as security for performers who give meet and greet sessions.
Ushers: Greet and instruct patrons by giving directions on seating and activities of patrons. They are to watch the audiences carefully ensuring the both the enjoyment
of the patrons and the rules brought about by the performers and clients. They must be firm with the patrons while being polite. They are NOT to ever confront clients but, they are to try and resolve issues quietly and quickly.
Stage: They are to be knowledgeable of the stage hands, production people and
performers. No other employees or client employees should be there
unless directed by a supervisor or having a pass.
Barricade: Securing the stage while ensuring the safe enjoyment of patrons and
guests. The performers and guests must be equally safe at all times. They must be
trained in the duties of not touching yet defending the barricade with authority.
Back of House Security:Securing all entrances and exits to dressing rooms and stage. They are to be knowledgeable of the stage hands, production people and performers. No other employees Event staffing,client employees should be there
unless directed by a supervisor or having a pass.
Work Parking Lots and Valet if needed
People to take money , park cars and make sure cars get in and out in a orgerly manner.
